Ivan Gladnev has extensive management experience in an international business environment.
His professional journey began in the United Kingdom, where he successfully built and managed his own business. He later held senior management positions in two companies operating in the renewable energy sector, overseeing large-scale industrial facilities.
After returning to Bulgaria, Ivan managed the production operations of a startup company before leading business process optimization for a Swedish manufacturer specializing in medical devices.
His international background, strategic mindset, and leadership skills enable him to build high-performing teams, optimize operations, and ensure that every Pristine Solution client receives reliable, professional, and high-quality service.

Marketing and Growth Manager
Sofia Aleksieva has extensive professional experience in corporate environments, gained through her work with established international companies. Her career spans operations management, process analysis, and administrative coordination, where she has developed strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
As the company’s Marketing and Growth Manager, she is responsible for the development and maintenance of the corporate website, as well as the planning and management of social media content. With her precision, creative approach, and attention to detail, she contributes to building a consistent corporate identity and effective communication with clients and partners, while supporting the company’s growth and brand visibility.
